Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a performance marketing and data analytics specialist to join our team and help us grow our online presence and sales. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more. You will also use data to provide insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies, product features, pricing, and customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta, SEO tools, and other analytics tools
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, experiments, and tests to identify new opportunities and best practices
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and more
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate key metrics and trends to internal stakeholders and management
- Identify and implement data quality and data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, define data requirements, and provide data-driven solutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, performance marketing, and data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or related field
- Preferably 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or data analytics
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other social media platforms
- Expert in Google Analytics, Meta, SEO tools, and other analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, techniques, best practices, and data capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
