Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our specialized software development and digital media solutions firm. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of services, including web development, SEO, SEM, SMM, website design, mobile app development, CRM, ERP, Customized Software and more.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for our software development and digital media solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Create a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure consistent business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Solution Presentation and Consultation
- Understand the client's requirements and pain points, and tailor our software and digital media solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations and consultations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Proposal Development and Negotiation
- Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to develop customized proposals and quotes for potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and beneficial outcomes for both parties.
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve individual and team targets.
- Continuously monitor and track progress against sales goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful project execution.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve service offerings based on client interactions.
Industry Networking
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and enhance its reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in the software development and digital media solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, digital marketing, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adept at building rapport, negotiation, and closing deals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: BD25.000 - BD40.000 per month
